Beverly Hills, California – (November 18, 2014) – Julien’s Auctions, auction house to the stars, located in Beverly Hills, has announced the Collection of the World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop of Las Vegas to be auctioned during the upcoming “Icons & Idols: Hollywood” auction event December 5-6, 2014 at Julien’s Beverly Hills gallery at 9665 Wilshire Boulevard.

The famed reality show pawn broker, Rick Harrison, will bring a cast of characters and a vast array of memorabilia from his own private collection, some of which has been featured on the show, to the Julien’s Auctions event. The reality show featuring the “World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop” airs weekly and stars Rick Harrison, his father “The Old Man,” Rick’s son Corey (aka “Big Hoss”), and the charming Chumlee. The cameras follow an endless stream of guests who bring in their valuables to be assessed at the pawn shop. The haggling over the items is only the beginning of a series of surprises and fortunes found during the program.

Highlights of the historic World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop collection include a number of rare vehicles including a 1933 Chevrolet Master Eagle Series four-door sedan (Estimate: $15,000-$25,000), a rare 1917 Indian Model B motorcycle, one of only four ever made (Estimate: $40,000-$60,000), and an early 1960s Spacelander bicycle (Estimate: $8,000-$12,000).

Other highlights include an "American Flag" fuselage art piece from a WWI airplane (Estimate: $2,000-$4,000), a first edition Dickens classic "A Christmas Carol" (Estimate: $8,000-$10,000), a Fender Stratocaster guitar previously owned by Vic Flick and used in the recording of a number of pop songs including "Ringo's Theme (This Boy)" from the classic Beatles film "A Hard Day's Night" (Proscenium Films, 1964) ($40,000 to $60,000) and an original driver's license and photo ID issued to the great Johnny Cash in 1964 ($2,000 to $4,000).

The collection also includes The Beatles Sgt. Pepper Alternate Album Art (Estimate: $800-$1,200), an outlaw John W. Hardin business card (Estimate: $2,000-$4,000), an Antique Trephine Bone Drill (Estimate: $1,000-$2,000), a Jimi Hendrix painting by artist Denny Dent, signed (Estimate: $5,000-$8,000), a collection of 1960’s Vintage Rock Flyers (Estimate: $1,000-$2,000), a Marlin Model 1894 Lever-action rifle (Estimate: $8,000-$12,000), a WWII German U-Boat Memento (Estimate: $800-$1,200) and a Pistol Range Arcade Game, circa 1920 (Estimate: $4,000-$6,000) among many other items to be offered.
